Delete your Unicorn Club account
You can delete your Unicorn Club account (the investor club of Unicorn Private LLC) here, without the app. In the app the same option is in Profile.
What is deleted
- Your account and your sign in with Apple or Google.
- Your personal data linked to the account: name and email address.
- Annual club access fee payment requests still open (wire or crypto) are cancelled.
What is kept, and why
- Annual club access fee payments, investment commitments, the declarations you confirmed and accredited investor verification documents (Rule 506(c)) are kept as records of the transactions, as required by law and for accounting, linked only to your member code and no longer to your name or email.
- Deleting the account does not cancel investments already in progress: for those, please contact us.
Delete with your account
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you use in the app. You will see your account and confirm before anything is deleted.
By email
Write to mail@unicornprivate.com from the email address of your account, with subject "Delete my Unicorn Club account". We delete the account and confirm by email.
